Veterinary leaders were asked about four leadership factors that are commonly said to positively impact workplace culture. These factors related to the leader's ability to:

  • Implement a vision in practice.
  • Effectively manage their time.
  • Address and resolve inappropriate staff behavior.
  • Recruit clinical talent effectively.


These veterinary leaders were then asked to score their ‘practice culture’ out of ten in support of their business objectives.
